Join Sybil, Haleigh, Esme and Cassidy to honor the longest day of the year with a 108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) practice on the Summer Solstice! This 90-minute moving meditation celebrates the pinnacle of light as we cultivate a steady, supportive rhythm of flow in body and breath. The number 108 holds deep symbolic meaning across traditions, often representing wholeness, cycles and connection. Repeating the sequence creates a ritual: a way to mark the seasonal shift, clear stagnation, ignite your inner fire and align with the natural rhythms of the sun and the turning Earth. You’ll be expertly guided by four of Bend Yoga Center’s Vinyasa teachers to cultivate your stamina, set your own pace and complete this ritual in a sustainable manner. This practice is accessible to all levels and bodies (familiarity with Surya Namaskar A is beneficial). The experience offers variety, support and encouragement! Please join us to move in community – breath by breath, round by round – as we build devotion, renewal and presence for this moment of expansion and light! This is a large capacity event (40 students) open and accessible to all – register on Wellness Living Investment: $18 ($9 for BYC Karma Program Students) If purchasing more than one ticket – each person then needs to be indiviudally registered for the event.
