a.kitchen Pop-Up

Make Your Reservation We’re excited to welcome restaurateur Ellen Yin and Chef Eli Collins of a.kitchen in Philadelphia to Birch for a one-night-only pop-up dinner. Ellen is one of the defining figures in Philadelphia’s restaurant community and the 2023 James Beard Award winner for Outstanding Restaurateur. Eli leads the kitchen at a.kitchen, where his seasonal, French-inspired cooking and focus on exceptional ingredients have made it one of Philadelphia’s standout restaurants. There’s a lot about a.kitchen that feels familiar to us at Birch: thoughtful sourcing, ingredient-driven cooking, warm hospitality, and a wine program that is every bit as important as the food. For one night, Ellen and Eli will join Kyle and the Birch team for a collaborative dinner bringing those shared sensibilities together in Milwaukee. Reservations are available from 5:00–9:00 p.m., and guests may book any available seating time throughout the evening. The experience is $110 per person, with beverages, tax, and gratuity additional.
