Canter Inn Pop-Up

Make Your Reservation On Tuesday, October 27, we’re excited to welcome Chefs Jon Nodler and Sam Kincaid of Canter Inn in New Glarus, Wisconsin to Birch for a one-night-only pop-up dinner. Jon and Sam returned to Wisconsin after years in Philadelphia, where they opened Cadence, named Food & Wine’s #1 Best New Restaurant in 2019. Their newest restaurant, Canter Inn, brings that experience home, celebrating the farms and ingredients of Green County alongside the Swiss traditions of New Glarus. There’s a natural connection between Canter Inn and Birch: two Wisconsin restaurants driven by seasonality, relationships with local farmers, and cooking that starts with great ingredients. For one night, Jon, Sam, and Kyle will bring their kitchens together for a collaborative menu that celebrates what’s growing and being raised here in Wisconsin. Reservations are available from 5:00–9:00 p.m., and guests may book any available seating time throughout the evening. The experience is $110 per person, with beverages, tax, and gratuity additional.
