Join the Counseling Center for Spilling the Tea, our beginning-of-semester kickoff where you can meet our team, learn about the therapy services our office offers, and start the semester feeling supported. No appointment, no pressure — just good company, and a reminder that your mental health matters here. (Tea is included at our in-person sessions!) Come as you are, leave a little lighter!
