Rooftop Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us on the rooftop at Harbourside Place for an all levels Vinyasa Flow. At the end enjoy a 15 minute moonlit sound bath shavasana. This month we celebrate the Hunters full moon. Historically tied to a time when hunters gathered provisions for the cold winter, the Hunter's Moon symbolizes stock-taking, clarity, and intentional preparation for the darker, colder months ahead. Because this moon lands in Taurus, it highlights comfort, the beauty of the physical world, and finding joy in simple things like nature, good food, and a secure home environment.
