Join us on the rooftop at Harbourside Place for an all levels Vinyasa Flow. At the end enjoy a 15 minute moonlit sound bath shavasana. This month we celebrate the Harvest full moon. During this full moon its time to celebrate the hard work and goals you have manifested throughout the year. The Aries fire energy encourages bold action, courage, and releasing toxic patterns or relationships blocking your personal growth. It is also the time we make the shift into the darker, cooler half of the year by grounding your energy and finding inner stability. Rooftop is Located above Jupiter Grill and Pura Vida.
