Join us on the rooftop at Harbourside Place for an all levels Vinyasa Flow. At the end enjoy a 15 minute moonlit sound bath shavasana. This month we celebrate the Sturgeon full moon. Like the ancient sturgeon, this moon offers steadfast energy, encouraging you to tap into your inner strength and make waves on your own terms. Rooftop is Located above Jupiter Grill and Pura Vida.
