Join a special, annual dinner program at the Velo Café. During the 4-6 p.m. gathering, Museum Naturalist Mollie Kreb-Mertig will guide participants through interactive demos, sampling of various condiments, and host a full meal, dessert, and beverages featuring locally harvested wild edible plants and fungi prepared in partnership with Velo Cafe.
