Join Sandwich Glass Museum Curator, Bonnie Lilienfeld, for an inside look at the role glass played in the life of Yarmouth colonists, including the lesser-known glass tax imposed them along with the famous tax on tea!
Bonnie Campbell Lilienfeld is Curator at the Sandwich Glass Museum & Historical Society, where she oversees the care, interpretation, and exhibition of the Museum’s collections. She previously served as Ceramics and Glass Curator and Associate Director at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, bringing extensive experience in American history, decorative arts and material culture. Her current work focuses on using objects to illuminate the history of glassmaking on Cape Cod and its lasting significance.
