About this event

We depend on good water quality for our drinking water, recreational opportunities, property values, wildlife, and our local economy. And what we do on land has a big impact on that water quality, as do changes in climate. The aim of Coastal Rivers’ water monitoring programs is to help establish baseline information and track long-term trends. During this program, we will talk about the data we collect in our lakes, ponds, rivers and estuaries, the analysis process, and what it all means. If you love the water, live on the water, are a conservation committee member, are involved in comprehensive planning activities, own a home, or are otherwise interested in protecting water quality, this program is for you. Weather contingencies: In the case of severe weather, the entire program will be moved online. We’ll notify all registrants by email if there are any changes. Please register using the form below.
