Summer Tomato Galette Workshop

Join us for a hands-on evening at Codman Community Farms where you’ll learn to make a buttery, versatile pie dough perfect for galettes, pies, and quiches. We’ll begin with a trip to our tomato greenhouse, harvesting tomatoes to use in a rustic summer galette. Under the guidance of the farm chef, you'll craft your own galette, prepare extra dough to take home, and end the evening enjoying your creations together.
