Join us for a hands-on evening at Codman Community Farms where you’ll learn to make a buttery, versatile pie dough perfect for galettes, pies, and quiches. We’ll begin with a trip to our tomato greenhouse, harvesting tomatoes to use in a rustic summer galette. Under the guidance of the farm chef, you'll craft your own galette, prepare extra dough to take home, and end the evening enjoying your creations together. Please bring your own rolling pin and BYOB encouraged! When: Wednesday, September 9th, 5–7 PM | Where: Codman Community Farms
