AI and Title IX: Practical Applications, Emerging Risks and Responsible Use

Title IX Chair Ashling Ehrhardt will present at the 2026 Association of Title IX Administrators (ATIXA) and National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (NABITA) Joint Annual Conference on AI and Title IX. Alongside Allison Wisniewski, M.S., Ashling will explore how Title IX professionals can responsibly and effectively use artificial intelligence across the Title IX lifecycle, including policy development, prevention, training, investigations and hearings. The session will highlight practical applications of AI while addressing key considerations such as confidentiality, accuracy, bias, due process and the importance of human oversight.
