Learn all about hydraulic press possibilities! 4-Week Workshop Date: Thursdays, August 6 – August 27, 2026 Time: 6pm-9pm Description: Discover the power and precision of the hydraulic press in this hands-on jewelry-making workshop. Learn how to safely operate the press and transform flat metal into dimensional forms. You’ll design and create your own custom die form, then use it to craft a unique necklace or brooch. Open to all levels of metals experience! Tuition: $210 + $35 materials fee Materials: All materials will be provided We really want you to join us in the studio! Full and partial tuition scholarships are available to offset some of the financial burden of attending a class. If workshops must be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, the entire class fee will be refunded through Eventbrite, or you may leave your workshop fee in your Contemporary Craft account for future workshops. ANY WORKSHOP OR INDIVIDUAL SESSION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE COMMUNICATED VIA EMAIL. Refund Policy: Student refund requests must be made at least three business days before a class begins. She is an American jewellery maker from Pennsylvania. After graduating from high school in 2012, she moved to Ohio to attend Kent State University, where she completed a BFA in Crafts with a concentration in jewellery and metalworking, under artist Demitra Thomloudis, along with a minor in Art History. Wanting to continue her education she moved to Florence, Italy to attend Alchimia Contemporary Jewellery School to receive her MFA where she studied under Evert Nijland, Jorge Manilla and Lucy Sarneel.
