Depression, Anxiety, and Burnout; Gastroenterology and Hepatology

This program provides a valuable dual focus on current gastroenterology and hepatology issues alongside critical topics in mental health. Sessions are designed to help clinicians better manage the complex interplay between physical and psychological well-being in their patients. The curriculum also directly addresses the challenge of professional burnout, offering strategies for personal resilience and sustainability in demanding healthcare roles. Led by Dr. George Y. Wu and Dr. Joseph Beltempo, the curriculum includes updates on chronic hepatitis, MAFLD, and C. difficile, as well as evidence-based approaches to depression, anxiety, and family interventions. This conference provides the opportunity to learn from leading experts while earning continuing education credits. The program takes place aboard the elegant Celebrity Apex.
