The course fosters an effective, team-based approach to patient wellness and chronic disease management by examining topics from health literacy to advanced metabolic care. Participants will gain insights into rethinking GLP-1 therapy, utilizing CGM data for precision care, and addressing women's cardiometabolic health through menopause, among other key topics. This program provides up to 12.00 hours of continuing education credit.
