Join us at the CAM Studio for three Wednesdays filled with watercolor on March 4, 11, and 18. In this beginner watercolor workshop led by Natalie Laswell Hargreaves, they will introduce you to the basics of getting started and feeling confident in the watercolor medium. We will cover things like washes, gradients, value, negative space, and how to stay away from making mud. We will have references and combined instruction for each two-hour workshop. Each week we will work from a different reference. For example, we may try landscapes one week, and portraits the next. CAM studio has basic watercolor supplies provided, but you may always bring your own supplies from home.
