Experience the food artistry of Sylva Lin’s Culinary Architecture and the imaginative artistry of Kelly Jo Chartier’s In the Dark Circus Arts, which will entertain guests with their in-house circus arts performance company and school members on contemporary circus apparatuses. Explore a delicious landscape of grazing tables and thoughtfully selected wines, paired to enhance the performance.
