About this event
One of 44 upcoming events at Defiance Ridge Vineyards, and 555 across St. Louis Metro.
Inspired by our desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month we host an intimate multicourse dinner in our indoor pavilion space. This evening’s one-of-a-kind dining experience features Pride Mountain Vineyards at Defiance Ridge. Pride Mountain Vineyards has always been known as one of the most favorite wineries to visit on Spring Mountain. As the story goes, Pride is located in both Napa and Sonoma County and this story will be discussed at the dinner. We will be joined by Pride's Regional Sales Director, Corey Crowe, who will discuss the wines of the night and offer them for purchase for attendees. On this occasion, we will auction two older vintages of Pride Mountain Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (2004 and 2006). Both are highly rated wines from Robert Parker and others, and both are still drinking fantastically. We also will have a drawing for a magnum of 2017 Pride Merlot. 5-course Tasting Menu with Wine Flight: $150 per person (includes gratuity, not tax) Arrival Time: 6:00 PM / Dinner Served: 6:30 PM Limited seating.
