Date Night: Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Brown Butter Sage Sauce & Pumpkin Tiramisu

*SPECIAL CLASS – THURSDAY, November 19th, 2026 – DATE NIGHT COUPLES COOKING CLASS – SWEET POTATO GNOCCHI, BROWN BUTTER SAGE SAUCE & PUMPKIN OR CLASSIC TIRAMISU – 6PM TO 9PM – 14 MAX. STUDENTS Hands On Class – Gluten Free Options – Vegetarian Friendly – Kid Friendly This class is all about fall flavors and having fun cooking together. In this hands-on class, couples will explore making fresh pasta from scratch using sweet potato, egg & flour, alongside a classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu. Enjoy an evening learning to form and make fresh Potato Gnocchi from scratch. (If you are Gluten Free and miss eating pasta this class is for you as we will have an option and instructions on making Gluten free Gnocchi’s). The class teaches each student how to make their own Gnocchi as the main course for dinner. Staff will cook each student’s fresh Gnocchi for them to enjoy with a choice of fresh made sauces. There will be at least two different types of sauces to top the Gnocchi for students to choose from. The class instructor will also perform a demonstration of a Brown Butter Sage Sauce the gnocchi’s can be sauteed in. However, the class will begin with each student preparing an individual Tiramisu. In this specific class, students will have the choice to have a flavored Pumpkin Tiramisu, or a classic creamy Mascarpone Tiramisu. The class includes a dinner of fresh made pasta with a choice of sauce & dessert.
