WEDNESDAY, December 9th, 2026 – Holiday Cookie Exchange – 5pm to 7:30pm – 16 STUDENTS Hands on Class – Kids Welcome – Perfect Friend Group Class – Baking Enjoy an evening of fun baking for our Holiday cookie exchange cooking class. In this class we will learn the basics of 8 different cookie recipes. The class will consist of (4) four different groups, where each group makes two different cookie recipes. The groups will make and bake off enough of their assigned cookie recipes for everyone share. Students will go home with a bakers dozen, or more, of assorted cookies. Types of cookies; Cinnamon Chocolate Tea Biscuits, Smore’s Cookies, Peanut Butter Cookies, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Pecan Tassies, , Buttery Shortbread, Coconut Macaroons, Extra Ginger Cookies. While cookies are baking students will enjoy coffee and/or hot chocolate and a warm cookie or two out of the oven. Each student will go home with roughly 8 different types of cookies to share with friends & family. Recipes for all cookies will be included in the handout. This class is a hands-on class, so aprons are recommended. This is a great class to attend with a friend or family member for some baking fun. $70.00 per seat includes chef lead cooking class instruction, printed recipes for all cookies made, all supplies and groceries needed to produce cookies, and a bakers dozen of cookies to bring home for each student, plus refreshments during class.
