FTE STAGE: Clay Evans (FREE)

Clay Evans is an Americana and country singer-songwriter whose music blends Southern grit, poetic storytelling, and soulful reflection. A Georgia troubadour with roots spanning Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee, Clay earned his first major break when Butch Trucks of the Allman Brothers Band signed his jam band Bluestring to a record deal in 2002. After moving to Nashville, Clay released his debut solo album with acclaimed bassist and producer Viktor Krauss in 2012. Now preparing a new project with hit songwriter and producer Dave Pahanish, Clay continues to craft songs that capture the heart, the journey, and the spirit of the South.
