Cold Brook Eco-Restoration Tour

Please join us at the newly restored Robert F. Smith Cold Brook Preserve for a free guided walk led by HCT Walk Leader and Volunteer Photographer Gerry Beetham. See the views of Cold Brook that now runs free for the first time in over a century. Plus, learn how ecological restoration has enhanced nearly a mile of stream and over 44 acres of adjacent wetland habitat, resulting in improved fish passage, habitat diversity, wetland stormwater absorption, water quality, and ecological resilience. Please bring binoculars for wildlife viewing and a camera if you wish.
