Location: Meeting Room December 7, 2026 marks the 85th anniversary of the Imperial Japanese naval attack on Pearl Harbor. To commemorate this historic event, Kaimuki Public Library will be having a free screening of the World War II classic movie Tora! Tora! Tora! , a dramatization which chronicles the bombing of Pearl Harbor from both the Japanese and American points of view. This movie is rated G (General Audiences) by the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA). Despite featuring intense historical battle sequences depicting the bombing of Pearl Harbor, the movie contains no profanity, graphic gore, or sexual content, making it appropriate for all ages under the standard 1970 G-rating guidelines. Mahalo to the Friends of Kaimuki Public Library for sponsoring this event.
