Charleston Dinner Dance

As in the past, each dinner/dance will require a $10.00 per couple charge (per dinner/dance) for a member and one guest to insure reservations. Non-member guests may attend for $10.00 per person. There will be a limit on non-member guests to four (4). The money collected will be used for cash drawings. Tickets will not be sent. There will be a check-in desk at each dinner/dance. If reservations are not made by the dates required, there will be a $20.00 per couple charge (per dinner/dance) for a member and one guest and non-member guests will not be allowed. Smoking is prohibited at all venues. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Charleston Dinner/Dance will be held at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center on Saturday, December 12, 2026: Cocktail Hour: 6:30pm – 7:30pm Please RSVP by December 4, 2026, by either registering below with a credit card (small fee applies) or by using the invitation sent to you in the mail. Charleston, WV is providing 10 King rooms with a sleeper sofa for this event at the rate of $129.00 per room and 5 Double Queen rooms for $139.00 per room. Because of the limited amount of rooms, reservations must be made by November 15, 2026 and will NOT be accepted after this date. Any reservations after this cutoff date will be accepted on a space and rate available basis. Individuals are requested to call (304) 344-5777 to make reservations, please mention IUOE 132 Holiday Party when calling for reservations to take advantage of the discounted rate. There will also be a $10 parking fee per car.
