Clarksburg Dinner Dance

As in the past, each dinner/dance will require a $10.00 per couple charge (per dinner/dance) for a member and one guest to insure reservations. Non-member guests may attend for $10.00 per person. There will be a limit on non-member guests to four (4). The money collected will be used for cash drawings. Tickets will not be sent. There will be a check-in desk at each dinner/dance. If reservations are not made by the dates required, there will be a $20.00 per couple charge (per dinner/dance) for a member and one guest and non-member guests will not be allowed. Smoking is prohibited at all venues. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Clarksburg Dinner/Dance will be held at the Bridgeport Conference Center on Saturday, December 5, 2026: Cocktail Hour: 6:30pm – 7:30pm Please RSVP by November 20, 2026, by either registering below with a credit card (small fee applies) or by using the invitation sent to you in the mail. Because of the limited amount of rooms, reservations must be made by November 10, 2026 and will NOT be accepted after this date.
