Experience the museum in a new way during Arts First Thursdays! 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Galleries are open late 5:30 pm: Small bites and music begin Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU Arts First Thursdays is an after-hours series at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU designed to bring our community together through art, creativity, and conversation. Each evening will celebrate the visual, culinary, and performing arts with engaging experiences inspired by the museum’s exhibitions, creating opportunities to connect, explore, and be inspired. Whether you’re discovering the museum for the first time or returning as a longtime visitor, Arts First Thursdays offers a welcoming space to enjoy art after hours, meet friends, and experience the museum in a lively new setting. On November 5 you may choose to extend your stay on campus and enjoy additional music from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm with the WSU Symphony Orchestra in Bryan Hall Theatre. This performance is also free and open to the public, just like Arts First Thursdays. Save the dates: Join us from 4:00–7:00 pm on the first Thursday of November 2026, and February, March, and April 2027.
