This class is intended as a welcoming yoga environment for anyone who considers themselves a part of the LGBTQ+ community. Led by Harley Takagi Kaner (he/they) and Henri Garrison-Desany (all pronouns welcome) on alternating months. Class includes a blend of vinyasa flow and mindfulness practices.
