From Lincolnwood Library
Learn about the traditions of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) in this hands-on workshop. Following a brief introduction to the meaning of the ofrenda and the cultural significance of sugar skulls, participants will decorate their own 100% sugar skull using royal icing, sequins, feathers, and other decorative materials to take home. This event is for Lincolnwood Library cardholders.
