About this event
Would you like to help a child improve their reading skills? Classroom Tutoring Tutor elementary school students in reading comprehension during school hours at selected elementary schools. Time required: 60- or 90-minute sessions twice a week or partner with another volunteer to each tutor once per week. After School Tutoring Commit to tutoring a child in person, one-to-one, in reading comprehension at the Literacy Coalition’s Blume Literacy Center, at various locations in Palm Beach County, or virtually for two hours a week. A background check is required.Requirements: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. The Literacy Coalition will provide tutoring training.
