Side Quest: Paper Chains with Rebekah Powell

Level up your museum visit with drop-in crafts! Free with museum admission, hosted in the MCA Denver Café & Bar. Museum admission is $5 after 5:00 PM Wednesdays and Thursdays. Not Your Mom’s Paper Chains — Let’s link up…and make some links! Paper chains are back, baby, but this time with a more artful feel! Drop in to craft some fun, holiday garlands to decorate for the season. Rebekah Powell knows her way around a repetitive task and the simple joy of doing something with your hands. Like her Appalachian ancestors of old, she knows not to underestimate the power of a quilting circle, and the importance of creating something beautiful (and cheap) together.
