Tickets now on sale! It’s not a trick! Skelebration returns on Wednesday, October 14, from 6-9 p.m. Join Friends of the Louisville Zoo (FOZ) for a night at the Zoo after dark. This exclusive adults-only (21+) event turns the whole Zoo into a Halloween party. Trick-or-treat Skelebration-style along the Zoo’s path, stopping at treat stations for tasty bites, adult beverages, mocktails and sweets. Along the way: a silent disco, animal encounters, a bourbon pull, a silent auction, a costume contest, and perhaps a few frights. This slideshow requires JavaScript. Tickets $75 per person (parking is included) Purchase Online All guests attending Friends of the Louisville Zoo events must be age 21 and older. Skelebration is an outdoor event that will take place in rain or shine. Guests are encouraged to plan accordingly. All sales are final and nonrefundable unless the Friends of the Louisville Zoo cancel the event, in which case tickets will be refunded. Guests may transfer their ticket to another person and should contact the Friends of the Louisville Zoo at [email protected]. FAQs When is Skelebration? Skelebration is an adult-only (21+) event that will occur on Wednesday, October 14 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Louisville Zoo. Why is this event being hosted on a weeknight? Skelebration will utilize the traditional Louisville Zoo Boo at the Zoo route only for this adult-only event, it will deliver drinks, treats and food bites near the traditional candy booth stops. All weekend dates in October are reserved for children and their families at Boo at the Zoo Can guests wear costumes at Skelebration? Yes! Skelebration guests will be encouraged to wear costumes! Please note that for the safety of all guests and animals, the following items are prohibited: masks and facial coverings; toy weapons of any kind; bookbags or bags larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches. Clear bags are recommended. Are there accommodations for guests with disabilities? All mobility devices for guests with disabilities, including ECVs, are permitted through the attraction. Strollers are permitted as well. Interactive areas have accessible elements such as raised dig box and wheelchair accessible photo ops. Please see our Rentals Page for more information.
