Join us for the opening reception for the 115th Annual Exhibition of Contemporary Art: American Solastalgia. This exhibition features artists whose work invites reflection on the complex feeling of “solastalgia” – the sense of loss and longing experienced when environmental change reshapes home beyond recognition – and explores how climate change is rapidly and irreversibly transforming what it means to live in the United States. Featuring works by Hannah Chalew, Nancy Cohen, Kate Greene, Abbey Hepner, Nathalie Miebach, Cara Romero, John Verney, and Joshua Villalobos with guest curators Charlotte Hecht and M. Stang.
