This special edition of Sonic Yoga is guided by Shanna Pagán, a Rochester native and heart-centered yoga instructor known for her intentional, authentic teaching style. Viewing yoga as a moving meditation, Shanna creates a welcoming space that encourages deep connection, self-discovery, and alignment with your highest self. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned yogi, her thoughtful guidance invites you to slow down, tune inward, and move with purpose. Enhancing the experience, Harold Taddy (The Gong Situation) weaves an immersive live soundscape that fills the Fountain Court with resonant tones and vibrations, creating an atmosphere of deep presence, restoration, and transformation.
