Cutting Equipment Orientation

If you aren't already trained to use our cutting equipment, here is your opportunity! Through hands-on training you will learn the capabilities of each piece of MCBA's bindery cutting equipment, and how to use them correctly and safely. Completion of this training will allow you to rent this equipment and use it independently. Level: Beginner; all skill levels welcome. Pricing $15 | $8 Scholarship | $23 Pay-It-Forward MCBA members receive a 10% discount on tuition. Scholarships are available for individuals facing adversity as it relates to identity, income/wealth, and lack of access to arts resources. The Pay-It-Forward rate (tuition, plus 50%) supports MCBA’s efforts to make scholarships available. We leave it to you to choose the rate that is meaningful to you based on your income, wealth, and privilege status. all skill levels welcome Registration closes 24 hours in advance.
