Wellness by the Boat: StrongHER Outdoor Midlife Movement Class

Join us for StrongHER by the River – Outdoor Midlife Movement Class with KickSpark WholeBody Wellness on Saturday, May 16 at 10 am. This class is free thanks to our co-presenting sponsors, UToledo Health and Dr. Mary R. Smith. StrongHER blends functional fitness and resistance training in a supportive environment, right inside the beautiful Cliffs Great Lakes Maritime Park at the National Museum of the Great Lakes. This class is perfect for midlife women looking to: ✔️ Build strength without joint strain ✔️ Support metabolism and hormone balance ✔️ Boost energy, confidence, and mood ✔️ Move intentionally in a stress-free, judgment-free space Use simple, travel-friendly equipment (equipment will be provided) such as Loop resistance bands and Pilates balls to target key muscle groups and improve mobility. If you do not, a limited number of mats will be available for you to borrow!
