Wellness by the Boat: Yoga

Join us for Yoga with Parting Clouds Yoga on Saturday, May 30 at 10 am. This class is free thanks to our co-presenting sponsors, UToledo Health and Dr. Mary R. Smith. Start your morning with movement, mindfulness, and waterfront views with a relaxing outdoor yoga experience alongside the historic Col. James M. Schoonmaker. Led by experienced instructors from Parting Clouds Yoga, this all-levels class blends gentle poses and mindful breathing, offering a peaceful way to connect with your body while enjoying the beauty of the riverfront. The class is suitable for all ages and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Extra yoga mats will be available if you don’t have one. Event Details Date: May 30 Time: 10 am (please arrive a few minutes early) Location: Cliffs Great Lakes Maritime Park, National Museum of the Great Lakes, Toledo Cost: Free and open to the public If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you to class. If you do not, a limited number of mats will be available for you to borrow! Due to the class location being outdoors, class may be cancelled at the last minute due to inclement weather, at the discretion of the instructor. Please check the weather forecast.
