Adult Cooking Class: Festive, Frugal, & Full of Flavor

Festive, Frugal & Full of Flavor with Guest Chef Emily Werner Creating Healthy Holiday Sides without Spending a Fortune Join Emily Werner and Nourish Farms for an evening of holiday cooking on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. This class, taking place from 5:30-7:00pm, will discuss options to keep your holiday cooking in budget while still being a delicious crowd pleaser. The menu for the class will feature locally sourced, seasonal ingredients; Apple Celery Herb Stuffing, Cherry Apple Cabbage Slaw, and a Cinnamon Apple Cranberry Compote with yogurt and granola. Cost per person is $25 and is open to all adult participants. Emily Werner is a registered dietitian of the last 10 years. Her motto "Eat well. Be strong." She holds a Human Biology degree in nutrition and exercise science and has a passion in encouraging people to be the best versions of themselves through food and movement. Emily particularly enjoy working with the general population, encouraging people to make small sustainable lifestyle changes, and also really enjoys working with athletes, from kids to adulthood.
