Community Dinner: Farmer Appreciation

Celebrate the people behind your plate at our Farmer Appreciation Community Dinner! Enjoy Nourish Farm's seasonal buffet while connecting with the hardworking local farmers and producers who grow the food that sustains us. Main: Farmcraft Chicken Roulade: boneless whole chicken rolled with a savory apple bacon filing served along with a Chicken Ju Side 1: Fresh Carrot Salad: grated carrots dressed in a Dijon parsley vinaigrette Side 2: Root Vegetable Gratian: Celery root, butternut squash and parsnip thinly sliced, baked in cream sauce topped with an herbed bread crumb Side 3: Roasted baby red potatoes with lemon, thyme, and garlic Side 4: Buttermilk Biscuit Dessert: Apple Tart Tatin with Vanilla Ice Cream Doors, cash/card bar, and buffet open at 5:00 PM. At 6:30 PM, join us for a special “Get to Know Your Local Farmers” discussion, where you’ll learn about our partner farms and the economic and nutritional benefits of eating local, seasonal foods. Pre-registration is required for this event.
