Yoga in the Yard (Basye)

Your yoga instructor will lead a slow flow yoga style, appropriate for all levels.  Yoga in the Yard dates: 5/23, 6/6, 6/20, 7/4, 9/5, 9/19 To attend, please purchase a ticket from the attached link!  Each participant should bring a yoga mat or large towel (such as a beach towel) and wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in.  It is strongly recommended that you also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated as we will be outside. Water will also be provided by Pale Fire.  Ticket includes 1 hour of easy flow yoga in our backyard and 1 beverage from a curated event menu (all draft beer, mimosas, a variety of cocktails, and non-alcoholic options).  Upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a waiver.
