Participants will complete a lightweight scarf on Silk using the Nuno felted technique (felt on fabric base) Instructor: Linda Bice (www.lindabice.com) Adult & Teens Prerequisite: None Class Size: Minimum 2, maximum 4 Materials Fee: $20 payable to instructor Description: Participants will complete a lightweight scarf (less than 1 ounce)on Silk using the Nuno felted technique (felt on fabric base) of their chosen color scheme and design during this 4 to 5-hour workshop. Your piece will be made of wool roving with yarns and viscose, with a base of white silk, making it very lightweight and airy – perfect for summer!. Lots of hands-on assistance and direction will be provided. The class atmosphere will be fun, comfortable, supportive, and one of learning and experimentation. Not suitable for anyone allergic to wool. No experience required.
