Paint an abstract painting using soft pastels while learning about composition, color, value… Instructor: Linda Bice (www.lindabice.com) Adult & Teens Prerequisite: NONE Class Size: Minimum 2, maximum 8 Materials Fee: $25 payable to instructor (or bring all your own supplies including a variety of pastels and sanded paper 16”X20” recommended) Description: This is a one-day stand-alone workshop. We will complete a soft pastel abstract painting together. Instructor will teach through demo, discussion, examples and personal assistance. We will cover all the basics including value, color harmony, composition and interesting mark making. This will be a supportive and positive class emphasizing using your own voice to express your feelings and relax and enjoy the art of creating something beautiful.
