This class will explain dementia and its warning signs. We will discuss the obligations for EAs regarding the sharing of information, collection of information, and review of the returns with clients. Through interactive discussions about various scenarios, we will develop ideas for handling dementia clients. Beth Logan, EA is a lead Tax Advisor at Kozlog Tax Advisers.
