Sew Modern is a beginner friendly class for those who want to make a quick beautiful quilt top. This pattern is a PPQ original design. The student will learn how to sew squares and triangles together for a stunning and arty result. Students will need to bring fabric (12-15 fat quarters), sewing machine and basic sewing supplies. Students will come away with a beautiful quilt top. Pattern may be purchased ahead of time at People, Places, and Quilts right next door! Meet the Teacher, Melanie Campbell: I have been working and teaching at People Places and Quilts for 5 years. I enjoy making quilts and trying new things. I teach beginner and advanced classes and everything in between. I love to show people how easy it can be to make a beautiful quilt. If you can sew a straight line, you can do it. And if you can’t, I’ll show you how.
