About this event
One of 10 upcoming events at Quilters HQ, and 818 across Kansas City.
Get comfortable and confident with your BERNINA sewing machine! This hands-on class is designed to help new BERNINA owners become familiar with their machine and all the features that make sewing easier and more enjoyable. We'll guide you through the essential functions of your machine, including threading, bobbin winding, navigating the screen and menus, selecting and adjusting stitches, using presser feet, and basic machine care. You'll also discover helpful tips and features that will make your sewing experience even better. This is a machine education class, not a sewing techniques class. Our focus is on helping you understand how your BERNINA works so you can get the most out of your investment. Purchased from Windmill Sewing Center or Quilters HQ: Class tuition is complimentary! Purchased elsewhere: $150 class tuition. Class kit fee: $15 for all attendees, including those receiving complimentary tuition. A digital copy of the Guide Class Manual is included at no additional charge for you to download and print at home. Prefer a printed manual? Printed copies are available for $35. Please bring: Your BERNINA sewing machine, power cord, foot control, accessories, and owner's manual. Whether you're brand new to BERNINA or upgrading to a machine with more features, we're here to help you sew with confidence!
