This free class requires no experience and no equipment. What is QiGong? Often described as a sister practice to Tai Chi, QiGong is a gentle, meditative movement practice rooted in the cultivation of energy. While Tai Chi follows structured forms, QiGong is more fluid and intuitive—inviting you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your breath and body.
