World Polio Day: Walk A Block to the Brewery

@ Take a walk, raise a glass, and help Rotary move one step closer to ending polio for good. Join the Rotary Club of Austin on Saturday, October 24, for our local participation in the World’s Largest Polio Walk, a coordinated effort bringing Rotarians and communities together on World Polio Day to raise awareness and support for global polio eradication. We’ll gather for a short, fun walk before heading to Celis Brewery for an afternoon of fellowship, community, and a little celebration. Friends, family, prospective members, and community partners are welcome. This is an easy way to experience Rotary while supporting one of our organization’s most historic causes. Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for more than 35 years, helping reduce cases worldwide by 99.9 percent. We are incredibly close, but the work is not finished.
