Join SAAACAM and KSAT Community for a special day of storytelling, community engagement, and giving during the Every Story Matters Phone Bank. For one day, our community will come together to support the preservation of San Antonio’s rich and diverse history. Throughout the day, viewers will learn about SAAACAM’s mission to collect, preserve and share the history and cultural heritage of African descendants in San Antonio and the Southwest region while helping ensure these stories remain accessible for generations to come. This partnership with KSAT Community is about more than fundraising – it’s about inviting every member of our community to become a steward of our shared history. Whether you’ve attend Onoe of our exhibits, participated in a Green Book Tour, explored our oral histories, or are just discovering SAAACAM for the first time, this is your opportunity to hep preserve the stories that shape our city.
