After-Hours Yoga in the Conservatory

Tuesday, September 29, 2026 5:30-6:30pm (with exclusive access to the Conservatory of Flowers from 5-5:30pm) Conservatory of Flowers — West Gallery About the Program Immerse yourself in the peaceful, lush tropical setting of the Conservatory’s West Gallery in this 1-hour intermediate-level warm Vinyasa-style yoga class led by instructor Nicolette Telech. Teaching through meditative flow since 2015, Nicolette encourages her students to cultivate presence and peacefulness on and off the mat. Students can expect unique yoga sequencing, linking breath to movement to increase strength and flexibility while integrating mindfulness techniques and enjoying music. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (or two if you need extra padding against the stone floor). The temperature in the West Gallery is typically 70 degrees but varies, so please dress in layers. — Gardens of Golden Gate Park Members may attend this event at a 20% discount.
