Late arrivals will not be let in so as not to disrupt the meditative environment. Thank you for your timeliness!  Join the Blue Muse and The Celestial Voice Sound Healing amidst the beauty and tranquility of the Conservatory of Flowers’s Orchid Pavilion for a sublime Sound Bath Meditation. Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating sounds of Crystal Singing Bowls, Paiste Gongs, Hand Pan, Monochord, Native and Ocean Drums, Chimes, vocals and more. Creating a meditative and relaxing environment through frequency, vibration, and intention — the sound bath promotes calm and peace, stimulating healing and gratitude, and helps to release anxiety, stress, worry, and fear.   No Experience necessary. Please enter the Orchid Pavilion through the gate at the right of the Conservatory of Flowers. Your ticket also allows you exclusive entry to the Conservatory of Flowers from 5-5:30pm.  What to bring:  Yoga mat required, and anything else you need to be comfortable (extra padding/blankets/pillows/water)  Feel free to bring your crystals to charge in the frequencies  Wear warm layers as the building is weatherproofed but not heated  Creating a comfortable cocoon will allow you to fully reap the benefits of these sound vibrations.  —  Gardens of Golden Gate Park Members may attend this event at a 20% discount.
