In these outdoor 5Rhythms® sessions, you’ll be exploring your power and essence, connecting deeply with your inner self in harmony with the natural elements, feet first. Dance 5Rhythms® is a moving meditation — a dynamic way to both workout and to meditate in the same breath, connecting deeply with the inner self in harmony with the natural elements. No experience or special skills necessary, no choreography or steps to learn. Everyone is welcome. About the Instructors Certified 5Rhythms Teachers, accredited by 5RTA to teach Waves and Heartbeat, Alessandro Moruzzi and Vehllia Tranne, have years of experience in 5Rhythms, dance, music, theater, performance, healing, spiritual practices and shamanism. Drawing inspiration from nature and connecting deeply to the Ancestors, they have been teaching classes and workshops worldwide, building an active 5Rhythms community in San Francisco and currently holding an ongoing Sunday Sweat Your Prayers in San Francisco since 2014.
